Recently ,under The Global Fund sponsorship and  " Commission Nationale de Lutte contre le  SIDA CNLS"   ,  ASSIT-RWANDA has organised a seminars  on  HIV/AIDS Prevention   dedicated to ASSIST-RWANDA    community organisation and  local leaders ,  and OVC in each sector on property dispossession placement  and succession planning through child protection networks and OVC committees

These seminars equipped the officials and beneficiaries with basic knowledge and tools, which enabled them to effectively participate in National Campaign against HIV/AIDS.

A big number of ASSIST-RWANDA beneficiaries took voluntary HIV tests. This exercise enabled the beneficiaries to keep safe in spirit of behavior change.

ASSIST AIDS Clubs played a vital role in sensitizing the public especially the youth on the dangers of HIV/AIDS pandemic. They operated in Kigali City, Eastern and Northern Provinces.
